Accepting applications for Manager position.
Must have 1-year minimum holding a managerial position. Climbing experience preferred but not necessary. A willingness to learn the sport and industry is critical. Leadership skills and willingness to mentor fellow staff a must. Must be eager to instruct new climbers. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Photoshop, email marketing and managing website a plus.
Must be available to work weekends.
Starting pay $16/hourly, 25-35 hours per week. $1 raise after 90 days
$1.00 per hour raise, health insurance, and industry equipment discounts after 90 days. Opportunities for advanced pay, corporate stock options, 1-week paid vacation after 1 year employment with yearly progression on vacation.
